PUTRAJAYA, April 4 — The Digital Ministry is engaging industry players to improve the processing of Employment Passes (EP) for technology talent, amid rising concerns over delays.

The ministry is conducting engagement sessions with relevant agencies to identify both short- and long-term solutions.

To ensure smoother approvals within the Global Business Services (GBS) ecosystem. The ministry said the GBS sector remains a key driver of Malaysia’s digital economy.
