GEORGE TOWN, April 11 — 1926 Heritage Hotel has officially reopened, marking its centennial with a revitalised concept under The Ascott Limited’s Unlimited Collection.
Located along Jalan Burma in George Town, the restored property was originally built in 1926 as British administrative residences.
The relaunch preserves its Anglo-Malay architectural charm while introducing contemporary comforts, aligning with the growing demand for cultural and experience-driven travel.
In conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2026. The hotel offers a range of curated experiences, from heritage-inspired suites to modern amenities including meeting spaces, a spa, gym and landscaped pool.
