PUCHONG, April 26 — Anthony Loke Siew Fook has warned that Perikatan Nasional may capitalise on the pig-farming controversy in Selangor to portray Democratic Action Party (DAP) as disrespecting the royal institution.
He stressed that DAP has consistently upheld respect for Sultan of Selangor, adding that the proposal by Wong Siew Kifor a modern closed pig-farming system was merely an alternative view presented respectfully.
Loke said elected representatives must be allowed to voice constructive opinions, while accusing the opposition of politicising the issue for their own agenda.
