KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 — National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) has launched the Malaysia Disaster Information Management System (MyDIMS) app.
Enabling the public to receive real-time disaster alerts and report incidents. Director-general Meor Ismail Meor Akim said the app integrates data from multiple agencies.
Allowing users to track disaster types, victim numbers, and evacuation centres. MyDIMS also sends early warnings within a 25km radius, offers navigation to shelters.
And provides emergency access via Malaysian Emergency Response Services. It serves as a central hub linking platforms like myCuaca and InfoBanjir, improving preparedness and response efficiency nationwide.
