KUALA LUMPUR, April 29 — Pakatan Harapan has expressed regret over the decision by 14 Umno-Barisan Nasional assemblymen in Negeri Sembilan to withdraw support from the state government.
Describing the move as a betrayal of the unity government spirit. Communications director Fahmi Fadzil said the action was unjustified and unrelated to the Menteri Besar’s performance.
Adding it came at a time when the nation faces global supply challenges and economic pressures. He stressed that the state administration under the Menteri Besar will continue functioning as usual.
With Pakatan Harapan pledging full cooperation to ensure stability, protect public welfare, and uphold the role of the Malay Rulers institution.
