PETALING JAYA, April 29 — The REHDA Institute has kicked off its first mentorship session under the REHDA Institute Youth Initiative (RIYI) 2026.
Engaging 50 students from over 15 universities nationwide. The programme, launched earlier this year by Anthony Loke Siew Fook.
Aims to strengthen workforce readiness in Malaysia’s built-environment sector through direct interaction with industry leaders.
The session introduced students to career expectations, industry roles and practical workplace insights.
REHDA Institute chairman Datuk Jeffrey Ng said the initiative addresses skills gaps and graduate underemployment, aligning education with industry needs.
With two more sessions planned, RIYI seeks to enhance employability, leadership potential and long-term talent development across the sector.
