KUALA LUMPUR, May 2 — Rafizi Ramli said he has been called up by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to provide his statement over an investigation linked to the government’s joint venture with Arm Holdings.
He said he was notified to appear at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya on May 4. Rafizi claimed the probe has been ongoing since February and involves allegations raised by an NGO report.
He also said he expects he may face charges related to breach of trust or providing false information after giving his statement, but added he is prepared to defend himself in court with his legal team.
