GEORGE TOWN, May 2 — The Scouts Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan) paid a courtesy visit to the Penang State Scouts Association recently.
Marking a new milestone in strengthening international youth and scouting cooperation between both sides.
Led by Chairman Kao Kuo-lun, the delegation met Penang State Executive Councillor and Vice President of the state scouts association, Wong Hon Wai.
Both parties discussed expanding long-term collaboration in youth development programmes and confirmed Taiwan’s participation.

Friendship and honour awards were exchanged in recognition of contributions to international scouting exchanges, reflecting deepening ties and mutual commitment to future cooperation.
