MELBOURNE, May 3 — The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) will present Cartier, the largest exhibition of the luxury jewellery house ever staged in Australia.
Showcasing over 300 pieces including tiaras, necklaces, timepieces and historic gemstones. Opening on June 12, 2026, the exhibition is part of the Melbourne Winter Masterpieces series.
And is curated in partnership with London’s Victoria & Albert Museum. The display features creations once worn by Elizabeth Taylor, Rihanna and Princess Margaret.
Alongside rare archival drawings and never-before-seen works in Australia. Running until October 4, 2026, the exhibition highlights Cartier’s design legacy, royal heritage and global influence in jewellery craftsmanship.
