The visit highlighted ongoing upgrades at the market, including RM500,000 in electrical system improvements by MBPP, installation of CCTV for safety, daily cleaning works, infrastructure repairs.
And support programmes for small traders, including social security registration assistance. Joshua Woo Sze Zeng said the initiative reflects continuous efforts to strengthen community welfare.
