BAYAN LEPAS, May 5 — Iconic Hotel Group has appointed Penang-born hospitality leader Pauline Chua as its new Group General Manager.
Marking a strategic move to strengthen leadership and elevate guest experiences across its portfolio.
The group operates Iconic Marjorie Penang, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Iconic Regency Service Residences, and Iconic Hotel Penang.
With over 32 years of international hospitality experience across Thailand, China, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea.
Chua previously served as General Manager of Amari Johor Bahru under ONYX Hospitality Group, where she led award-winning performance improvements.
In her new role, she will focus on aligning operations, strengthening service consistency, and driving sustainable growth.
While preserving each property’s unique identity as Iconic Hotel Group enters its next phase of expansion.
