KULAI, May 12 — Deputy Communications Minister Teo Nie Ching has encouraged individuals facing social media account restrictions or content removals to file appeals.
Through the Communications, Multimedia and Online Safety Appeal Tribunal. Teo said the ad hoc tribunal is chaired by a High Court judge alongside at least two tribunal members.
And is independent from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. Speaking after presenting aid to outstanding SPM 2025 students.
She urged the public to make use of the platform when facing online content disputes. Teo also revealed that RM5.4 million had been allocated.
To the education sector in the Kulai parliamentary constituency from 2022 to 2025, including RM555,661 in contributions for 432 outstanding SPM students.
