KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 — Touch ’n Go eWallet will discontinue Quick Payment and Auto-Reload features for debit cards effective May 13, 2026.
Following a review of transaction performance and reliability. In a statement, TNG Digital said the move aims to ensure a more stable and consistent payment experience for users.
While automatic and quick reloads via debit cards will be removed, users can still perform manual reloads using debit cards within the app.
Quick Pay and Auto-Reload via credit cards remain unaffected. Users are also encouraged to use alternative methods such as DuitNow Transfer, credit cards, or reload PINs to continue topping up their eWallet seamlessly.
