JOHOR BAHRU, May 17 – The upcoming Pakatan Harapan (PH) Convention is expected to address political cooperation with Barisan Nasional (BN).
Ahead of future state polls and the 16th General Election (GE16), according to convention organising director Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.
He said discussions will include political strategies for the Johor and Melaka state elections while ensuring the federal unity government remains stable amid global economic and political challenges.
Fahmi said maintaining cooperation between PH and BN remains important, pointing to the recent Negeri Sembilan royal crisis.
As an example of differences being managed in a structured and constructive manner. The convention, set to take place at Persada International Convention Centre.
Is expected to draw around 5,000 attendees from PKR, DAP and Amanah nationwide. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is also expected to outline PH’s future direction and preparations for upcoming elections.
