JOHOR BAHRU, May 19 — PKR secretary-general Fuziah Salleh says the party has time-stamped evidence.

Allegedly showing that Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli and Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad had already joined Parti Bersama Malaysia before vacating their parliamentary seats.

Potentially triggering RM10 million bond penalties each. Fuziah said PKR is seeking legal advice on enforcing the 2022 election bond.

Claiming the duo’s actions may constitute party defection before resignations from their Pandan and Setiawangsa seats.

She added that the party will review the matter at its political bureau meeting, while Rafizi has maintained that the bond does not apply as both MPs resigned their seats prior to leaving PKR.
