KUALA LUMPUR, May 21 — The Consumers’ Association of Penang has urged the government to investigate recurring disruptions at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Citing issues with aerotrain, baggage handling, and ageing infrastructure. The group said operator Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad must improve maintenance, asset planning.
And oversight as passenger traffic rebounds. CAP called for stronger governance and urgent upgrades, warning that continued failures could erode public confidence and disrupt operations.
