GEORGE TOWN, May 22 — Penang Gerakan chairman Oh Tong Keong has criticised the Penang government’s claim that 94 per cent of its election manifesto has been implemented or is in progress.

Increased water tariffs, traffic congestion, floods and housing affordability rather than government performance dashboards.
Oh also questioned the state’s housing policies, including proposals for shared housing among single youths, describing them as evidence of policy failure.
He further accused the government of failing to fulfil promises involving healthcare charges for foreign patients and commitments related to Tamil schools and non-Muslim religious facilities.
