KUALA LUMPUR, May 25 — Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah has decreed that the Malaysian Armed Forces and all related agencies must obtain the consent of the Sultan of Pahang.
Before carrying out any military training or exercises in the state. In a statement issued by Istana Abdulaziz, Tengku Hassanal said he was closely monitoring proposed military activities.
And expressed concern over their potential impact on Pahang’s environment, including its marine ecosystem, flora and fauna.
While supporting military exercises to improve operational readiness, he stressed that such activities must be conducted responsibly and safely.
