GEORGE TOWN, May 26 — 1st Avenue Penang successfully hosted the world’s first Capybara PIMOO Fun Walk, attracting 2,000 participants.
For a lively event combining fitness, entertainment and community spirit. The 5km walk began at the mall and took participants through George Town’s UNESCO World Heritage Zone.
Before returning to the venue. The programme featured RM30,000 worth of lucky draw prizes, live performances, themed installations and appearances by adorable capybara mascots.
Organisers said the event aimed to promote healthy lifestyles while creating memorable experiences for families and friends.
The celebration also coincides with the Capybara City Stroll pop-up event running until May 31, featuring themed photo spots, games and exclusive merchandise.
