PETALING JAYA, May 27 — CelcomDigi Berhad has launched its festive film “Tuai Tradisi” to honour the artisans and cultural custodians of Sabah and Sarawak ahead of Kaamatan and Gawai celebrations.
The film highlights traditional cultural elements including the Sompoton, Sigar, Terabai and Marik Empang, celebrating individuals preserving East Malaysian heritage for future generations.
CelcomDigi head of brand and marketing services Chan May Ling said the initiative reflects the importance of community, identity and cultural continuity.
The company is also offering special internet and video streaming passes for customers nationwide until June 15.
