KUALA LUMPUR, May 30 – AirAsia MOVE has introduced its new ‘1x Zero Change Fee’ feature, allowing travellers to make a one-time change to the date or time of AirAsia flights.
Booked through the MOVE app or airasia.com without paying flight change fees. Passengers will still need to cover fare differences, taxes, or other applicable charges under standard policies.
Head of Flights Chan Kok Ding said the feature was introduced to provide travellers with greater flexibility and peace of mind as travel plans can change unexpectedly.
AirAsia MOVE also continues to offer services such as Easy Cancel, 0% instalment plans, Online Check-In, and Auto Visa Check to improve the overall travel experience for users.
