KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 — Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has celebrated the topping out of Trinity Rainfora, its rainforest-inspired transit-oriented development (TOD) in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
The milestone comes as Phase One, launched in September 2024, achieved a full sell-out ahead of schedule, reflecting strong buyer demand for wellness-focused urban living.
The freehold development has a gross development value of RM395 million and features two 31-storey residential towers with 535 units priced from RM530,000.
Connected to the Kinrara BK5 LRT Station via a covered walkway, the project offers 36 lifestyle facilities including an infinity pool, rainforest canopy, jogging trail and co-working spaces.
Trinity Rainfora is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
