GEORGE TOWN, June 3 — Sixty educators from across Penang marked Teachers’ Day in an unconventional way by completing the Cheetah Chase leadership programme.
Earning globally recognised certification through an experiential training initiative. Organised by Futurefirst Solutions in collaboration with St Xavier’s Institution.
The programme featured simulations, teamwork challenges and emotional intelligence exercises designed to strengthen leadership skills in modern education.
Participants received a Chartered Management Institute-endorsed certificate after completing the full-day programme.
Aimed at enhancing resilience, adaptability and teacher leadership in rapidly changing classroom environments.
