SEREMBAN, June 4 — Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Aminuddin Harun spent nearly two hours at Istana Hinggap on June 3, 2026.
For his weekly audience with Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir amid growing speculation over a possible snap state election.
Aminuddin arrived at the palace at 9.05am and departed at 10.47am, describing the audience as a “normal Wednesday” routine ahead of the weekly State Executive Council meeting.
Also present was Negeri Sembilan police chief Datuk Alzafny Ahmad. The meeting attracted heightened public attention following the recent dissolution of the Johor State Assembly.
And a Pakatan Harapan meeting that discussed election preparedness. Aminuddin was initially expected to hold a press conference after the State Executive Council meeting, but the briefing was later cancelled.
