JOHOR BAHRU, June 7 — Rafizi Ramli said Parti Bersama Malaysia (BERSAMA) will contest the Johor state election independently.
Despite the possibility of losing election deposits, maintaining that the party wants to offer voters an alternative political choice.
Speaking during the first Kancil Tour event in Johor, Rafizi said BERSAMA would not negotiate with any other political party.
And plans to announce the number of seats it will contest within a week. He added that candidate applications will open on Monday.
With selections focusing on both experienced leaders and young professionals. Rafizi also revealed that the party has attracted nearly 24,000 new members since its relaunch last month.
