GEORGE TOWN, June 7 — A Porsche car reportedly lost control and crashed into a café located on the ground floor of a hotel along Gurney Drive at about 11.30am today.
The impact damaged several tables, chairs and other café facilities, leaving part of the dining area in disarray.
A woman believed to be the vehicle owner reportedly declined to comment at the scene. Hotel staff were later seen cleaning up the affected area.
No injuries or fatalities have been reported so far, while the cause of the incident remains under investigation.
Authorities have yet to release further details regarding the extent of the damage or circumstances leading to the crash.
