GEORGE TOWN, June 18 — Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) climbed six places to 128th in the QS World University Rankings 2027, maintaining its position as Malaysia’s second-highest ranked university.
USM ranked 61st globally for International Students and 100th for International Research Network, the highest among Malaysian universities in the latter category.
Vice-Chancellor Abdul Rahman Mohamed said the achievement reflects the university’s commitment to academic excellence, research, innovation and international collaboration.
