KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 — Hamzah Zainudin says the registration status of Parti Wawasan Negara is not an issue, as the party was formed through the takeover of an existing registered political party.
Hamzah explained that only the party’s name was changed following the takeover. Speaking after a meeting with PAS lawmakers.
He said discussions also focused on preparations for the Johor and Negeri Sembilan state elections. He added that opposition MPs agreed to strengthen grassroots campaigning.
