KEPALA BATAS, June 21 — SP Setia Berhad has broken ground on the 509-acre Setia Fontaines Industrial Park in Bertam, marking a major milestone for industrial development in northern Penang.
The ceremony was officiated by Anwar Ibrahim and Chow Kon Yeow. The project includes industrial and commercial lots, a green energy collaboration with Northern Corridor Implementation Authority.
And 640 affordable homes under Pangsapuri Pinang Setia priced at RM42,000 each. Setia said the development will support advanced manufacturing, digital industries and sustainable growth.
While creating jobs and strengthening Penang’s position as a key investment hub.
