PUTRAJAYA, June 24 — The Finance Ministry has announced lower fuel prices for the period from June 25 to June 30 following improved global oil market conditions and easing tensions in West Asia.
Under the Automatic Pricing Mechanism (APM), RON97 will fall by 25 sen to RM4.10 per litre, while unsubsidised RON95 will be priced at RM3.47 per litre.
Diesel in Peninsular Malaysia will decrease by 30 sen to RM4.07 per litre. The government said subsidised fuel prices remain unchanged, including RON95 under BUDI95 at RM1.99 per litre.
It also confirmed that the nationwide BUDI Diesel programme will begin on July 1, offering eligible users subsidised diesel at RM2.10 per litre through MyKad verification.
