KUALA LUMPUR, June 25 — The Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) achieved an average claims processing and benefit payment compliance rate exceeding 96 per cent last year.

According to Human Resources Minister R. Ramanan, PERKESO strengthened its service standards through enhanced customer charter targets and digital initiatives.

The organisation also uses AI-assisted screening and direct hospital integration through the Inspire System, enabling emergency claims to be processed within 24 hours.
