PETALING JAYA, June 27 — Ricoh Malaysia showcased a suite of AI and automation solutions designed to help businesses improve productivity, operational visibility and decision-making.
At its “RICOH Empowering AI – Smarter Work, Real Impact” event, the company demonstrated technologies for manufacturing, logistics, inspection and workplace operations.
Solutions included AI-powered defect detection, workflow automation and connected operational platforms.
Ricoh said businesses are increasingly focusing on practical AI implementation rather than experimentation, seeking measurable operational benefits.
The initiative supports Malaysia’s New Industrial Master Plan 2030, which targets the development of 3,000 smart factories.
