GEORGE TOWN, July 4 — Motorists are advised of a partial road closure along Jalan Magazine and Lebuh Carnarvon from July 1 to September 30, between 10.00am and 4.00pm daily.
The closure affects the rightmost lane beside the future KOMTAR LRT Station construction site to facilitate bored piling works under the Penang LRT Mutiara Line (CMC1 Package).
Drivers heading towards Jalan Dr. Lim Chwee Leong are advised to use the diversion via Lebuh Lintang after 1st Avenue. Remaining lanes will remain open.
With traffic controllers and safety measures in place throughout the works.
