GEORGE TOWN, July 6 — Motorists are advised of intermittent partial daytime lane closures along Jalan Tengahfrom July 6 to September 30, between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
The closures will be implemented in stages between the Persiaran Mahsuri and Jalan Tun Dr Awang traffic light junctions.
Works will affect the leftmost lane in both directions and the middle lane towards Jalan Tun Dr Awang to facilitate tree removal, drainage relocation and road widening.
For the Penang LRT Mutiara Line (CMC1 Package). Remaining lanes will remain open with traffic management personnel on site.
