SHAH ALAM, July 7 — A Form Three student injured in a stabbing at a secondary school in Banting remains in stable condition after suffering a lung injury and 16 stab wounds, according to her father.
He said doctors at Hospital Banting are treating the victim, who is able to speak while undergoing further observation. Police have arrested the suspect, believed to be the victim’s classmate.
And are investigating the case under Section 307 of the Penal Code for attempted murder. Authorities have urged the public not to spread unverified information while investigations continue.
