KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 — Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to open Alila Sengokuhara Hakone in 2028, marking the Alila brand’s first property in Japan.
Developed with Fujita Corporation and designed by internationally renowned architect Kengo Kuma, the luxury mountain retreat will feature 60 guestrooms.
Including 11 suites, each with a private natural hot spring bath. Located within Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, the resort will combine minimalist architecture.
Onsen wellness, locally inspired cuisine and immersive cultural experiences as Hyatt continues expanding its luxury portfolio across Japan.
