SINGAPORE, July 11 — AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach has introduced KISIK Seafood & Grill: Living the Heritage, a weekly beachfront cultural dining experience celebrating the traditions of Flores and East Nusa Tenggara.
Held every Friday and Sunday at sunset, the event features a seafood barbecue alongside Manggarai-inspired performances including Tiba Meka, Caci, Rangku Alu and sasando music.
Guests can enjoy curated set menus highlighting fresh seafood, open-fire grilling and local flavours, with prices starting from IDR 800,000++ per person.
The initiative also supports local performers and artisans while promoting responsible tourism.
