SEBERANG PERAI, July 11 — Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the Seberang Perai City Council (MBSP)has upgraded 70 neighbourhood playgrounds over the past three years.
And plans to revitalise the remaining 630community open spaces. He said the state also expects to gazette the first-ever Seberang Perai Local Plan by October.
Providing a comprehensive framework for future development. Chow added that balanced growth must include quality community facilities alongside investment and infrastructure.
While MBSP continues improving parks and recreational spaces across the mainland.
