The buffet features an impressive selection of Seafood on Ice, including fresh tiger prawns, oysters, green mussels and shellfish, alongside new live stations serving freshly prepared Penang-style Orh Jian and comforting Japanese Hot Pot Oden.
The hot food section offers a generous spread of local and international favourites, including Chili Swimmer Crab, Salted Egg Prawns, Steamed Scallops, Roast Lamb Leg, Beef Wellington,
