PUCHONG, July 16 — Parti Bersama Malaysia has announced it will not contest the Negeri Sembilan state election, opting instead to focus its resources on the upcoming Melaka state election.
In a joint statement, party leaders Rafizi Ramli, Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad and Syukri Razab said the decision was made after considering the political landscape in Negeri Sembilan.
And the party’s organisational resources. Bersama will hold its first Melaka election preparation meeting on July 21.
While a volunteer appreciation event for the Johor election campaign will take place on July 19 at the party’s headquarters in Puchong.
