BUKIT MERTAJAM, July 21 — Marriott International and Iconic Group have signed an agreement to introduce Courtyard by Marriott Penang Icon City, marking the brand’s debut on Penang Mainland.
Expected to open in December 2026, the hotel will be created through the rebranding of the existing Iconic Hotel Penang.
And will feature 196 guestrooms, dining outlets, meeting facilities, a swimming pool and fitness centre. Located within Icon City, the hotel is strategically positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers,
