KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 — CIMB Bank Berhad has officially rolled out Apple Pay for its customers, enabling contactless payments using eligible Visa and Mastercard credit cards through the Apple Wallet.
Customers can add their cards via the CIMB Octo App or directly through their Apple devices. While most CIMB credit cards are supported, debit cards and selected products.
Including the CIMB Petronas Visa Infinite-i and CIMB Petronas Platinum-i, are currently excluded. To mark the launch, CIMB is offering a promotional cashback campaign until Sept 14, 2026.
Eligible cardholders who complete the required Apple Pay transactions can receive up to RM118 cashback, depending on the qualifying cards used.
