ISKANDAR PUTERI, July 22 — The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has announced enforcement action against NSO Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Network School).
Following inspections conducted between July 12 and 20 at its Forest City premises. Effective July 22, MBIP will issue a Stop Business Notice to one premise for operating without a business licence.
Another premise will have its business licence cancelled for conducting activities beyond its approved office use, while a notice has also been issued over non-compliant advertising signage.
MBIP said it will not compromise on breaches of licensing conditions and warned that legal action may be taken if the company continues operating in violation of local regulations.
