PUTRAJAYA, July 23 — The Malaysia GovTech Flagship Report, jointly published by the World Bank and the Digital Ministry, has outlined 15 strategic recommendations under four pillars.
To accelerate the digital transformation of Malaysia’s public sector. The report focuses on strengthening digital infrastructure, developing digital talent.
Improving governance and delivering user-centric public services. Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar urged ministries and agencies to immediately implement.
The recommendations, while Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo described the report as a practical roadmap for building a more productive, efficient and people-centred government.
