PETALING JAYA, July 25 — DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke said the Barisan Nasional (BN)-Perikatan Nasional (PN) electoral pact for the Negeri Sembilan state election.
Could be extended to the 16th General Election (GE16) if it proves successful. Loke said both coalitions are using the Aug 1 polls to test whether the alliance can defeat Pakatan Harapan (PH).
However, he argued that political cooperation does not automatically translate into votes, adding that the electorate will ultimately decide whether the BN-PN partnership gains public support.
