PETALING JAYA, July 25 — DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the Unity Government.
Saying DAP has no plans to withdraw its support. Loke said the party’s Aug 16 congress will review whether DAP leaders should remain in government.
Following its poor performance in the Sabah election. However, he stressed the review does not mean the party intends to leave the coalition or abandon Anwar.
Adding that DAP continues to raise important issues through Cabinet discussions while respecting Cabinet confidentiality.
