KUALA LUMPUR, July 26 — Sepang International Circuit is poised to make its long-awaited return to the Formula One calendar by hosting the Bahrain Grand Prix on Oct 2 – 4.
Replacing the cancelled Bahrain round following the conflict in the Middle East. Multiple international reports said the race is expected to be held in Malaysia while retaining the Bahrain Grand Prixtitle.
Filling the gap between the Azerbaijan and Singapore Grands Prix. An official announcement was expected today, pending final approval from Formula One and the FIA.
