The organising committee said the Ministry of Digital and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) were neither consulted nor involved in selecting the featured guest or organising the after-party.
MYBW has withdrawn all related promotional materials and pledged to strengthen its internal approval and governance processes. Despite the controversy, the two-day conference.
