KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 — PRISM has partnered with Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (AZRB) and United Malayan Land Berhad (UMLand) to expand its premium hospitality portfolio in Malaysia.
Under the agreements, PRISM will manage Sunday Residence Inn Cherating and Sunday Hotel Near Petronas Twin Tower, formerly Suasana Suites.
The company said the partnerships combine developers’ real estate expertise with PRISM’s hotel operations, technology and revenue optimisation capabilities to enhance asset performance.
