KUALA LUMPUR, August 2 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has congratulated Barisan Nasional (BN)on securing the mandate to form the new Negeri Sembilan state government.
Following the 16th state election. He also thanked voters for their participation in the democratic process and expressed appreciation to the people of Negeri Sembilan for supporting Pakatan Harapan (PH).
And former Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun over the past eight years. Anwar said the PH administration had left behind a legacy of good governance, stability and people-centred development.
Expressing hope that it would continue to benefit the state’s progress. He added that the Federal Government would continue working closely with the new Negeri Sembilan administration.
